Blackpool is one of cheapest places in the UK for accommodation. You should have no problem at this time of year finding a B & B in Blackpool below £25 and, because they tend to get fewer callers in winter, you can probably negotate a lower prioce than that advertised if you shop around and haggle. Many landladies would rather have a bed occupied overnight for half their normal rate than for that bed to be unoccupied overnight and not one penny coming in for it.

I've used Smooth Hound Systems http://www.smoothhound.co.uk/ in the past and I've always found good b&b's at the price I want to pay. Take a look to see if there is anything for Blackpool for £20.
