i am the one that deals with the paper work, i run there SS# when they are hired and we dont hire them if it is bad. The thing is they steal other peoples ID's, SS#, and other forms of ID thats why they get away with it. But if there number comes back bad they just go get another name. I cant refuse to do my job because i will get shitcanned. And inturn they are possably messing up peoples credit history, and other sensitive info.

Why don't any of the idiot pro-illegals answer a post like this. They SWEAR no illegal aliens steal IDs or SS #s...that's one of their big arguments how they are all law-abiding hard working people that only want to support their families.

By law, every person must complete an I-9 form stating that the employee has produced proper documentation that they are legal to work in this country, and the employer states they have seen the documentation and have verified its authenticity.

Basically, if you could get access to employee files and verify that every single person that is on the payroll has completed an I-9 and their documentation is current. If they have dated documentation, they must complete a new I-9 everytime they renew their documentation.

But good luck on getting access to confidential information. . .

Video is best friend. Actual PAPER documentation evidence works wonders. We seem to have shifted to that almighty paperless world, my opinion, it leaves way too much open for corruption. So when in doubt, get paper.

doesn't the government already have this info but refuse to do anything about it? They have SS#s & names but they don't do a check. (Employers cry that it's too much work to check.)

If they are illegal make a call to have them deported. Illegal means illegal, these people are frauds and criminals.
