i migrated to canada myself. www.cic.g.ca the official govt of canada site. try this number not sure if you can reach it from wher eyou are, 1 800 O (the letter O) Canada and ask for an immigration number or embasssy contact. I see the sitea all the time. canadavisa.com but i will give you some legal legit sites to check on things.
btw. i myself jsut started a website for people going to canada myself. i am just a person married to a canadian.

I just got my working visa last month after 6 months of processing. I informed my employer that i already got the working visa. But now they do not want me to work with them because they reason out they waited for almost a year to get my working visa and i don't have any position in their company. I will work for them as Food and Beverage supervisor. I always emailed them about the status of my application and told them the processing time here in the Philippines. Where can i complain about this?

hi my name is pate tejal l i was applied on PR base on -2008 by WWICS from Kampala, east Africa . with fully payments with Canadian visa fees as well as global strategic charges by dd from my own account but they have not up date my status .
i had try to contact to head office in Nairobi Mrs. Edna who has been heading but they not ans by mail and phone i got one acknowledge receipt form wwics office in Kampala of 1550US dollar since they have not up date me file number C08-659843/47796.
