To be true and honest, all these quotes has its own place in my life. They all says what we can't understand before we experience it. Writing quotes, doesnt mean anything but following the meaning of it, or using it is important.

I can say, Love is all a person needs, but do I real follow tht, or can I even follow tht in 21st century? of course not. I need home, money, friends and happiness. I can't stay on road and stay hungry just to say Love is all I need.

Anyways, my fav. out of all is...

One of these two but I can't decide which at the moment because they both apply so well...

``Use what talent you possess: the woods would be very silent if no birds sang except those that sang best.
Henry van Dyke``------------------------...

``What lies behind us and what lies in front of us are but tiny matters as compared to what lies within us.
Ralph Waldo Emerson``---------------------...

Great question, thanks!

a few of them are quite good: the ralph waldo emerson one is good, because it helps you realize that if you do something wrong, like accidentaly make cookies with your dad's 40 year old wine, nobody's really gonna give a s*** in the long term, cos they're still gonna luv u for the person you are. i like the
"Don't walk in front of me. I may not follow.. Don't walk behind me, I may not lead. ..-
quote, cuz it's kinda like me, you know, like, "i don't hafta do anything, you're on your own, your problem"
but the danny kaye one is THE BEST. it's like, yeah, so who cares if you make some dumb mistakes or do dumb stuff? life is for living, and you've got the oppurtunity to do whatever you want, and one day, you're gonna regret not being crazy. because that's what life's for: being your own, weird, crazy rebellious person.

The areas between your palms have been made for somebody else's to fill them. alongside the way you come across people who make a dent on your existence. some human beings get struck by lightning. some are born to take a seat by a river. some have an ear for music. some are artists. some swim the English Channel. some be attentive to buttons. some be attentive to Shakespeare. some are mothers. and a few human beings can dance. you don't be attentive to what's coming for ya, till its right here. it's going to all get extra sensible in time.

I love the Emerson quote. It would work nicely for a school essay too.

Good Luck!

For me, Henry van Dyke's quote is the least pretentious and most resonant.
