Diets are okay and everything, but they can decrease your metabolism, causing your body to conserve fat. What you really need is some long, slow aerobic exercise. Go for at least 12-15 minutes or more per day of walking, jogging, running, cycling, or some other kind of exercise such as these, and don't stop doing this once you get rid of the weight you want to get rid of. Another thing to keep in mind is that weight really isn’t the problem; fat is the problem. Weight and fat are NOT the same thing. Muscle actually weighs almost 7 times as much as fat. So don’t pay too much attention to your weight; instead pay attention to how thin you look and how good you feel.

Everyone probably said exercise and eat healthy. Thats the essentials in what you have to do, but not all. First, design for yourself a workout rutine, ie, run for an hour, pushups sit ups... 2nd, design a diet. Its important to eat when you are hungry but don't eat fatty foods, stay away from pasta at night as well. Drink alot of electrolytes-powerade, gatorade, and work towards a number of pushups or sit ups, if the most you think you can do is say 15 pushups, make sure you do 25, push yourself and you we se reults withing the first week.

Lots of cardio and light muscle training can get most people to lose weight in a matter of weeks. Cardio can be anything from brisk walking and jump rope to jogging and treadmills. You can use 5-10 lbs. dumbells for your light muscle training. And it's always better to workout with a motivating buddy. I hope things work out for you!! :)

try this, see if this works for you coz it did for me. i know everybody says dont eat at night, but its hard coz you'll get really hungry, but that is the key, in order for you to not get hungry take a diet pill (mine is xenadrine) at least 1 hour before your dinner time. be sure to be in bed four hours after you took the pill coz once it wears out youll get hungry and just ending up eating late at night thats the worst thing you can do when you're in a diet.i lost about 50 lbs in 6 months without even exercising. but i dont recommend that you dont exercise,im a regular in the gym now, but i only go to the gym when im planning to eat that night. goodluck
