can i get fat by eating two mangoes,one banana, and some apples a day? and if so how much calories does amango have?

It isn't just about counting calories.. you should be eating less but also eating proportionately from all four food groups. If you don't do that, sure, you'll probably lose weight but you'll lose the overall look of health.

im chinese and i eat at mcdonalds four days a week and im NOT fat

No, but you can start losing hair because you have no protein or calcium or iron intake. Your diet is a poor one.
