yes and try a animal shelter they should do nuetering for a lower cost then a vet

Yes any old (or young) animal can be neutered (or spade if it's a girl). The only difference for a 7 yr old is that he will still have habits that an un-neutered male will have. BUT he won't be looking for "fun" as aggressively. It's usually by the pound.. Scotties are little so I am guessing around 40-50 dollars. Thanks for being a responsible pet owner!!!

Yes he can be neutered. Depending on where you're located it will probably cost between 70 to 300 dollars. Call your vet to find out.

I had a 7 yr old toy poodle that I neutered when he was 7. call your vet and ask how much.
