Thanks guys...that answer about pickled eggs is disgusting, ewww (sorry I don't eat eggs, so im sort of repulsed). I was just wondering bc I use banana peppers on sandwiches/salads and jalepeno too; and i always have the juice left. I like the idea of the cheese for nachos mixing it with jalepeno. I don't eat mayo/miracle whip so can't use it for spread. Hmmm, I will t ry your suggestions thanks...back to my bears. GO BEARS!

It goes great in Shrimp Gumbo or in Spicy Chili.

If not for cooking, then it's also great for gardening too. Use it as a spray on your garden plants to keep bugs away.

When you have enough juice to fill a gallon jar half full, then boil and peel a dozen or more eggs. Put a tooth pick through each egg and put them in the jar with the juice, leaving the toothpick inside the eggs. Leave in your fridge for around a month or so. The toothpick helps the juice penetrate the egg and you should have jalepeno pickled eggs by that time. Sometimes it might take longer than a month. Be sure to take the toothpick out before you serve them! This works for other types of pickle juice as well.

You could add it to soups or when sauteing veggies--add it to warming oil...you could also add some to mayo to make a spicy spread fro sandwiches--or to add a kick to your dips...
