First you must know most Americans say they are in love with someone when they really mean they are in lust with someone.
To really be in love means you can live without them if you think that would be best for them instead of only you.
True love is an act of God in your life because God is love.
If you think you love them and you are not sure here is a test for you?
1.Tell them you think she would be better off without you and see what they say.
2. Can you live without her, and I do not mean without sex.
3. Do you have many things in common, again without sex.
4. If you really love her, why have you not spoken to her about this and tell her you want to marry her and spend eternity with her instead of asking us?
5. Many people confuse lust with love, here is one for you; what if she became disfigured in an accident, could not have children, became terminally ill, went to prison, or cheated on you.If you could still love her I would say you probably love her for real.
But if any of these words bring doubts into you then maybe you have Philo love which says I can love you as long as you love me, this love is commonly known as brotherly love and not God's love-agape; which is more like unconditional love or the love a parent has for their child. No matter what the person does you will love them.
And yes it is possible to love and hate someone at the same times, we call this confused!

No one can tell you if your in love but you.. Love is a weird thing because you can think you love someone and in a week from now realize you don't. Honestly i think the word "LOVE" is over rated. You care deeply for someone when you always want to be with them. It is important to you to make them smile and always want to see them happy, when you hold them and never want to let go. When you always think about them every free second you have.. Hope this helps ;)

Love is many things; say you have a special someone in your life. You love them if your they are your first thought when you wake up in the morning. You love them when you think about them all day long. You love them when you are in the middle of your day and you stop to think what that person is doing at that very moment. You love them when your heart aches a little when you have to say goodnight to them. You love them if you can spend the whole day with them, and then go home and still talk to them for hours on the phone. You love them if they make you feel complete. You love them if you dream about them. You love them if you yearn to touch and kiss them if they are anywhere in sight. You love them if you like certain scents, simply because that scent reminds you of them. You love them if their touch makes you melt. You love when when your feelings are so strong for them, sometimes it hurts. You love them when you try to figure out other ways of saying how much you care, other than words. You love them when just thinking about them makes you smile. You love them when you notice their name in every book, billboard, magazine, store, etc. You love them when you hear a love song, and they are the only person that comes to your mind. You love them when everything, in some way, reminds you of them. You love them when all want for them is their happiness, and you will do almost anything to make them happy. Likewise, you love them when you hurt when they are hurting.
The list can go on and on, but these are some very strong indicators. I've felt each and every one of these for my boyfriend, and I KNOW I love him. You will know too. Hope that helped~

Love is expressed in and through you and that extra-special someone whom strengthens/edifies our self-image; whose personality blends with yours and whose company you enjoy & anticipate and understand completely (and they you). Your respect & admiration will grow deeper than with any other person you know as your heart soars at the thought or mention of their name! You'd literally lay down your life to protect theirs and you will know without a doubt, you just couldn't imagine living another day without them!

you feel so peacefull, happy, and you really don't understand whats happening
Its like the strongest feeling you ever had before
You rather spend your time fighting with this person than laughing with another person
You never want this feeling to go away.... you never want that person to go away....
you'll do whatever makes her happy or safer... even if it makes you sadder
