I too suffer with that. There is a condition called, IBS, irritable bowl movement syndrome. It comes and goes after eating, it creates air pocket in you're digestive tracks, can be very painful. There are specific meds( Rx's from Dr.) or I found the Yogurt "Activia", will help. Another good remedy, "Chamomile Tea" will relax you're insides for it soothes. One more, I cant live without is;
"Tropical Papaya" its an enzyme supplement. When our enzymes ain't working right, can result in excessive air,(gas)

Pepermint tea is good. If you drink everyday (once or twice) you'll see you'll have less gas. Believe me, i'm talking from experience! ha ha! You find them any supermarkets. Just ask!

Also, you may need to change your diet. They say if you boil your vegetables you have less gas than if you eat them row.

Also mix foods like chocolate, then crisps, then melted cheese, they are all awfully lasticated in the stomach and you just gas them and stinks awful.
