When God created adam and eve, they were perfect, yet had the capability to sin. Adam did sin by doing what God forbid. (he ate of the forbiden fruit). Adam was our federal head. his sin is counted as ours. Romans 5:12.
However, God did not leave us without hope. He sent his son to die for us, and now we can be saved from sin. Romans 5:17

Hypotheticaly speaking, even if you personaly never sin, you are still under the wrath of God because adams sin is counted as ours as well. since we have sinned, we deserve Gods wrath and curse. we have disobeyed his law.

Why should we have to keep his law? Because God made us. we are his creation. We are his.

God made us able to keep the law, but because of adams sin we are no longer able to. its not Gods fault, its ours. Praise God he left us a way out through his Son!

So why do people Q. Gods righteousness?

People question GOD's righteousness as an argument for the purpose of wantingly sinning.

If we were all created by one being in 7 days, blah, blah, blah, WHERE IN THE HELL DID GOD COME FROM? He just magically appeared out of thin air or should I say the lack thereof? Ever hear of the Big Bang theory? Religion is a bunch bull****. Being spiritual in some way or just having faith that somewhere there is an entity or something that is greater than us is what is important to me and is more than anyone can expect any logical person to believe given the facts we have to work with as opposed to a group of people writing a book that could have been an intended bedtime story for all we know.

People question a lot of things. It is usually a means to excuse their actions. They are however really only questioning words in a book. It is also the translation of words in a book that is being questioned. For instance, if Adam was perfect, how could he sin? There was obviously something either imperfect about him or the word perfect is not a proper description.

People do not question the righteousness of some being they do not believe to exist. Do you question the righteousness of the tooth fairy?

OK, if we speak hypothetically, would you as a christian person hold my son responsible for a crime that I committed? Would you give him the death penalty if I murdered someone? Remember that my son is indeed my creation. I made him. If your christian morals forbid such a thing, why do you think your god (the alleged origin of such morals) would do any differently?

Yet he does, by transferring original sin from Adam and Eve to you.

Why do you find it acceptable that your god holds you responsible for a sin that adam committed? Are you personably responsible for the fact that you ancestors dragged black slaves to america or for the fact that your ancestors murdered loads and loads of indians? You were given birth by your mother, she created you in a way. Does that mean you have to live by her rules for the rest of your life? Should you keep to the laws of your mother for the rest of your life?

Because the method of believing that everything in this universe was created in 7 days is absolutely ridiculous.

It took some billions of years for humans to come around, and once they learn to write, the wrote a book about a holy deity that no one has ever seen.

I prefer evolution overall.

If you pull out the straw that this belief system is based on, the entire thing collapses. Once that's done, it's clear that it's your responsibility to live ethically.

The concept of original sin is why I left the Church. No way I'm going to hang that load on an infant. Kids are brilliant.

You seem to be unable to understand that MOST PEOPLE DO NOT BELIEVE YOUR BIBLE and more than you accept, say, the lord of the rings as factual information.

And any god that holds people accountable for what their parents did does not deserve worship even if he did exist, which he doesn't.

the very fact that we have a human body means we are having a human experience.....and going through all the stuff that happens in this free will zone of planet earth.......Jesus came to tell us how to live a good life so we could learn the spiritual way of thinking.......we do what Jesus said to do .....and you will understand why........what you do to others will be done back to you.....until you forgive others for their sins...you will be forgiven.
