how can you understand that from my ex?

my ex-gf who dumped me a few months ago for another ..sends me a card for my birthday, where she greets and says happy brithday and the good wishes , and at the end especially wishes that I can find love this year ....!!! what does that mean ?

I would say she is wishing u happniess and luck.

that means ...

she thinks about you ...
she cares about you ...
she wishes you all the best ...

just let her know that she is the one you need.

... if she dumped you and wrote to you this ... its UR fault. but don't look to fix what is broken ... try to rebuild.
