God is working toward on of the last prophecies that need to be fulfilled, as stated by his Masterworker in Matthew concerning the "sign" of his presence in Kingdom Power.

He is not much interested in trivial human pursuits.

"And this good news of the kingdom will be preached in all the inhabited earth for a witness to all the nations; and then the end will come." -Matthew 24:14

As a Green Bay Packers fan, I am pretty sure that if the Bears win today, it's a sign of the Apocalypse.
I'm even pretty sure that one of the prophecies in Revelations talks about this (in an unapproachably cryptic manner, of course).
