I know all about why it happens but I'm just wondering how long it lasts, I'm starting to freaking out it's been 2 months and It's not slowing down and it looks very bad.

This happened to me for about 4 months. I noticed it mostly in the shower when there would a lot of hair in the drain. It's totally normal, don't worry. Once your hormones level out it will stop.
