Is it really possible to have anything with your old loves best friend?

do you guys believe that you can Truly fall in love with the guy who is your previous loves best friend?
because personally i find that the best friend makes me think of the guy i loved and can't see that something could happen because of it.. is that wrong? or is it wrong to not even Let yourself try to feel anything like i do solely because he is the best friend? what are your opinions on this subject..?

I would steer clear of this unless his best friend is willing to not be friends with him ever again. Dating someone's ex usually leads to hard feelings and complications, something you may not have to deal with, but your new love interest will.
