If abdominal fat is a more critical indicator of health, should there be a concern with being underweight for those desiring showing of a 6-pack or having minimal pudge; what considered best of the lower range?

there is no benefit to having excessive body fat. for optimum health and decreased risk of glucose metabolism disorders body fat should be on the lower end of the range for your age group.

If you divide your waist measurement in inches by your height in inches, it should be no more than 0.5, otherwise you are carrying to much abdominal fat.

You should ask your doctor and they can tell you. If you have more than intendant then work out and go to the gym. Exercise. and get your butt off the seat. Get MOVIN!!!
