Proverbs 4:20-22
My son, give attention to My Words
Incline your ear to My sayings,
do not let them depart from your eyes:
Keep them in the midst of your heart;
For they are life to those who find them,
and health to all the flesh.
Psalm 107:17
Fools because of their transgression
And because of their iniquities
were afflicted.......
A curse, without a cause, does not come.
Proverbs 26:2
"As the bird by wandering, as the swallow by flying,
so the curse causeless shall not come."

We don't know, but keep well in mind that quite often God doesn't have to actually cause something to happen - anything we do has a natural consequence, whether it be a good one or a bad one.
Drug abuse with negligence (not using clean works) and of promiscuity in sexual behavior carries with them the consequence of Aids.

If there is a god, it isn't a curse unless that god hates everyone, including straight people and children. And why are you worshipping a god like that anyway?

In so far as God is the American government who helped in funding the experiments to find new viruses to attack certain people so the population of the world can be limited to enforce the New World Order.

No more than cancer, heart disease, Parkinson's disease, malaria, or measles.
A broader perspective gives you the sense that these just naturally occur, with no needed intervention from a deity.
