It depends on your own health. If you've been told by a doctor that rigorous cardio activity is bad for you, then no (and you'd know if this was your case by now).

Otherwise, by all means, go for it. You're doing what most of America (can't speak for other countries) should be doing every day.

In the army we run a lot and its great exercise :) But some people cant run everyday because it can cause foot problems like stress fractures or leg problems like shin splints. If your just getting started try to mix it up a bit and run one day then use an eliptical machine in the gym or excercise bike. that will help your cardio workout and keeping it low impact every other day will keep your feet healthy.

Over all cardio is great exercise it keeps your heart healthy and i have found for me its the best way to lose weigth and keep it off.

Running everday is not good, because it puts strain on the lower back, could cause swollen feet and possibly a strain on your heart. Any doctor will suggest to walk at a quick pace instead of running.

You should run on Monday. and jog Tuesday through Wednesday. Run 2 miles Thursday and break on Friday and Saturday take a brisk jog on Sunday and so on so fourth... its not that good to work your body to much so take breaks sometimes

running is OK but I would not recommend everyday , it is a lot of impact on legs feet and back . run and then walk or some other exercise every other day is better ,I have friends of mine who run everyday but have problems with stiffness and soreness

You should rest at least one day each week. At your level (provided there's nothing wrong with you,) you probably aren't going to hurt yourself, but I wouldn't push it. Instead of running every day, try adding another exercise regimen to your palate, like swimming or bicycle riding. Your body will welcome the change and you won't burn yourself out in a drudge running every day.
