floyd is far too fast for oscar if he fights the entire fight in and out, naturally weighing two weight classes above, oscar should have a decided punching power edge...that said, even with the frail hands I believe floyd should win BUT...being a promoter now and handling a number of the top talents in the sport oscar cant lose...I understand hes one of very few in boxing who makes a huge amount of money and hasnt spent it all (read: made smart moves with it)

Both Champions are past their primes but still great fighters. I give the nod to Oscar because he has a reach advantage and a proven chin. He may not match Floyd's hand speed but he will have more power in his punches.

I'm picking oscar by stoppage. I actually think once mayweather is hurt he is going to quit. Look for a teary stool stoppage.
