not sure I believe in it, but I moved to this town four years ago because we needed a bigger house. I had paid a few visits over the years and had liked the good feeling I got from the place, had some nice memories of special days out; but never thought I would live here.
I was about three months here, and returning from a day's shopping in another town further north, as I came down the hill towards our town, I realised the view was very familiar and very dear to me; I felt I had known it forever.
Since then, the feeling that I have lived here before has become stronger, and I think I was very happy here.
I was walking through the oldest part one day(it's a medieaval town) when I stepped off the street into a side alley that used to make up part of the town wall; and the spooky thing was, I knew my way around; I knew where the steps led; I KNEW I'd been there before. Maybe I have?

I believe in reincarnation. I had a regression done once, and regressed back to 1860. It was really weird as although I knew where I was (laying down in a friends house with friends there whilst the regression was going on) I felt that was also in London in those ancient times, I described things very much in detail and even when I said things that were happening to me in that life, I still questioned it with my mind. I described certain things that we checked out later only to find that they were real. I am afraid I was not anyone famous or rich, I was a poor girl who married a coal man/sweep and the vivid scenes of that regression have stayed with me for many many years. Very interesting and I would do it again. Although I also have a very strong connection and like for anything Arabic and Buddhist so maybe I have lived these lives before too.

Not like many of the others who answered, I DO believe in reincarnation and have searched on my own to find my past lives. I have found 7 or 8. In one i see myself as a small child skipping over plowed ground, I am happy but my father walking beside me is worried and sad about our being homeless. He is carrying everything that we own. We are homeless because it is during the time of persecution of the Jews in Spain and we are Jewish. I know too that my father in that life is my present son in this life and we are continuing our relationship.

I don't believe in reincarnation although it is a very interesting concept I must admit. I would say that in a previous life I was an English Nobleman...!!

There were two in the last 100 years that I have no doubt about. One was a Seminole Shaman and the other a Black Panther. Both were "verified" either by mass hallucination or a freak of coincidences (which I don't believe to be the case in either situation)

I always get a kick out of how many people I know who think they were someone famous in a previous life! Often even the same person! This in complete defiance of probability laws (and indeed nature) which state that given a world population of a couple of billion you were probably a nameless schmoe! Not that I believe in reincarnation.

I don't believe in it, but if it is true then I must have been such an evil murdering bastard, because life is paying me back big time every step of the way in this life even though I've never been a bad person and have never done anything very wrong at all.

Someone once told me that she saw that in one lifetime I had a lot of material things but that they didn't mean much to me. That I was a very spiritual person who was kind of lonely, but with all this stuff. She said that after that lifetime, my soul decided to go to the opposite side of things. So she saw that I had a few lifetimes of being poor, even homeless. After that, she said that I lived a life of defying what was the traditional religious thinking of the time and that I had been tortured because of it. What she said made sense to me in regard to where I'm at now.

According to some of my Pagan friends, I was a viking who was captain of a big wood ship and married a 23-year-old woman in the New World or something.
