so far, all i know is that CF can't be cured, but why? is it cause scienctists don't have the tools to do it? please give me some websites, cause i have to cite my sources.

Cystic fibrosis is an autosomal-recessive disorder of chloride channels on chromosome 7q31 and 32. It can't be cured because the genetic defect must be corrected in order to be 'cured', and we just don't have the technology available right now to reliably do so -- and the defective channels are widespread systemically, affecting the function of several organs.

its a genetic disorder, and most of the genetic disoreders are present from birth and cannot be changed
