You can cut off the higher part and make it even that way. The best way to do this is with a piece of thread or dental floss. Just circle the cake with floss or thread and then tie the ends together & gentle pull. The thread will go right through the cake very neatly and evenly. You then either use that side as the top, or turn it over, if it's too crumbly, and use the bottom of the layer.

Well--if you have a cake leveler- (I don't know if that is the exact term--but I have one)--You can use it to cut off the top part of your cake to make things even--You can basically cut your cake to size--If your cake is too small and is just lopsided--you could still consider cutting them in layers and adding jam or something in the middle and then covering with frosting--this way, it won't be as noticeable--Or you could cut them into squares--and slice it--and have little square cakes--or make them even smaller and make little petit fours...

If you just want to keep your cake as is--then you might want to start over...But I think there are ways to save your cake if you are willing to change your original plan..Who knows? This could be a way for you to try something different!

Well if you can, add a little More icing to the one side if it is a traditional cake, or you can try to put some small PVC tube in it to help stabilize it, or you can cut it down a little on the other side to maek it flush with the other

Hi. Don't you just hate that? I guess it depends on how badly it fell. You have two options. You can build it up with frosting (underneath the side that fell) to make it look alright, or cut the cake into pieces and serve with a great fruit sauce, fudge sauce, or icecream. Good luck.
