What If you are gay, but you dont want to sin cause your gay. Can I have some help??

Often people who ask these questions aren't serious but are just looking to make fun of anyone who gives them an honest answer. I'll assume you are serious.
It's tough. Thanks for sharing. Remember that having feelings and thoughts are not a sin. Everyone has thoughts about sinful things- I can feel attracted to someone who is not my wife, but that is not sin. What I do with those thoughts can be sin. If I dwell on them or act on them- then yes. That could bring some freedom.
Secondly, I'd recommend getting some help. There are a lot of places out there that can help with your journey. If you decide that you want to be gay- I'm sure you can find a counselor that can help you be gay without guilt. If you want to fight to stop it- that can happen. I believe there's a group called exodus that has counselors that specifically deal with this issue that can help. They do have a success rate- so know that it is possible. But, it's your choice. I would suggest you choose one or the other and then take action in that direction.

As you would do with any other temptation: PRAY (Jesus asked us to pray so that we won't be tempted). Also, escape from tempting situations (Jesus asked us to remove causes of sin by any price), read the bible, go to Church,...

Jesus said: "Blessed are those who hunger and thirst for rightuousness, for they shall be fed". Accordingly, and since you have that rightuous desire of avoiding sin, God will give you the grace you need to avoid this sin.

GENERAL NOTES:
1. Being gay is a biological disorder and not a sin.
2. PRACTICING homosexuality is a sin. If done (by deed or by eye) before marriage is a sin because it is adultery anyway (the same is with male-female relation, because this is before marriage). If a gay decided to marry a male, that would be a strupidity and a non-sense act before it is a sin. It is a sin because God's will is that man marries a woman, with no exceptions. (see Book of Genesis)

If you know that being gay is a sin, which it states clearly in the bible that it is a sin, then you need to not do it. If you know its a sin then you obviously know that we are given free will and chose to be gay. People from then till now have been making gay look good! Its not good its against Gods laws. You need to really pray and be prayed for to get the thoughts of gay out of your body. If you want to live a sinfree life, its not always going to be easy but you can do it with Gods strenght! He will help you and he is just waiting for you to ask him.

Sin is that which hurts others. The bible forbids homosexuality because in those days tribe size was all that matters, and male-male couples were not making any new farmers/soldiers.

Now we're overpopulated - if anything, heterosexuality should be a sin.

Oh for crying out loud people. One man's sin is not anothers. God is supposed to be all forgiving. So give Him a chance to do so and quit being so judgemental. You are in a spot though. Believing in a faith that is rigid enough to not allow you to be who you are. Remember God loves you no matter what. And since all God's children were created in His image and therefore are perfect, go live your life. And if it is a sin, atone by doing a lot of really positive things. And for others, "Judge not, lest ye be judged."

Many homosexuals live great christian lives while enjoying a fulfilling homosexual sex life. Organized religions are human creations, and human creations can be wrong. Homosexuality was offensive in Patriarchal societies that wanted to set themselves apart from the pagan, sexually tolerant cultures that they rejected. Maybe, just maybe your god is concerned about your other thoughts and actions besides sex? The Old Testament mentions homosexuality in the above context. If Jesus himself was so concerned about it, he would have mentioned it once or twice. In living your life, focus on the teachings he did say. And find one of the many Christian (or non-christian) churches that embrace homosexuals and their choices as is. If you are catholic, many catholic groups do this. You just need to look.

Relax, it is perfectly fine to be gay, if your religion is against it, maybe you should get a new religion. Think of it like this:

Imagine you are gay (I don't know if you are or aren't, but I'm guessing you are), now, imagine that there is no religion, but, your 'friend' is very rude to you and constantly calls you names. You would get a new friend. Wouldn't you? Well, instead of a 'friend'... it might be your religion. Get a new religion, no one can tell you how to live your life.
