It depends who the person is. If you are going to a massage therapist who owns their own practice, they do not usually get tipped. Not that they wouldn't appreciate it if they did... just that it rarely happens and there is not a "set" amount.
For example, a good friend of mine is a self employed massage therapist. He charges $75 for a one-hour visit. If he gets a tip (at most, one in 20 people tip) it's usually about $10.
Could be different for someone who is employed in a spa. Just thought I'd mention this factor...

I leave about a 20% tip with a waitress. Perhaps the same thing with a masseuse?

15-20 percent is for the waitress, not the masseuse. 25-50% is normal.
