Recipe for pizza?

Dough
sauce
cheese
toppings

Pizza dough is made with high gluten flour, oil, yeast, salt, sugar, and/or other powered spices. Here in America we can buy frozen dough that works quite well when thawed.

Pizza sauce is a tomato sauce that is very much like marinara except that the quantities of basil and oregano are reversed. So you could use spaghetti sauce and add oregano to it. Or you could use a plain tomato sauce and spice it as you like, just be certain to add more oregano than basil.

As for the mutton, cook it as you like it and cut it into pieces sized to less than a whole bite.

Buy ready made pizza base. Spread with pasta sauce. Your favourite flavour. Chop up mushrooms, capsicums green and red, onions, olives, mutton cooked, and pineapple if you like that. Then top with mozerella cheese and chilli flakes. Bake at 180 c for 10-12 mins. Bon appetite

The most important thing to know if you are not buying your dough from the local pizzeria(a option if you don't have the time or desire), use 00 double zero flour to insure that your flour is hard enough to make a tender pizza.
