i get these red spots on my nose..they arent zits they are just these red painful spots. not swollen though...does anyone know what this is and how to get rid of them?

Well, it could possibly be a rash but it doesn't really sound like it. Maybe they are scars from when you had zits but mine were never painful. Maybe you could go to a doctor to see what they are and he/she can tell you how to get rid of them.

You should go see a doctor to be sure. No matter what we say, we haven't even seen these. Though i have the same problem whenever i clean up the house or if i'm in closed places. dust tneds to have this affect on sensitive skin. Try some chamomile on puds and rinse over for a while. it worked for me.

They might be hives. See an allergist, because you might be allergic to something. Hey, ya never know. Good luck!
