I am deeply in love with a girl who works with me. Initially she liked me and we use to exchange messages. One fine day I proposed her and even told her honsetly about my ex-girl friend. She now want me only as a friend and after 2 months she suddenly started telling me that she is already in love with a different person. I got into very deeply without my knowledge. I am finding very hard to forget her. I even lost a better offer in a different company just bcoz I wanted to see her daily. Please advise. I wanted to win her heart. Or please give me tips to forget her.

You proposed to her... do you mean you asked her to marry you ?
Or do you mean you asked her to go out with you on a date ?
Wow ! Sounds like you really like this woman. It might be too late for you to change her mind. You may have to wait it out with this new boyfriend of hers. Things may not work between him and her. (At least you hope).
You could tell her how you feel and see what happens. I wish you all the best.

If you really want to forget her then forget her is the word for you.
There are some of the solutions for you.
1. Be alcoholic.
2. Be workaholic.
3. Start Avoiding her.
4. Start seeing somebody else.
5. Get Married.
6. Change your workplace.
OR
1. Do something new that she starts liking you.
2. Try to find out if she is lying to you.
3. Try to find reasons why she doesn't like you.
4. Try to impress her.
I THINK THE FIRST FEW SOLUTIONS ARE BETTER FOR YOU.

In a relationship you must break clean no contact, no friendship, I do not mean be mean to her, but you can not have both ways.
Time is the best healer so in time it will be over, it take less time if the break is clean and there is no hope.
