I just had a baby as well in October. It is normal to be nervous when you leave your baby, but it is also important that the person that is watching her is someone that is highly trusted. If it is one of the grandmother's then your baby will probably be fine. If it is someone that you dont know, I would suggest doing things like a background check, and check references. If they are going to be in your home, I would set up a nanny cam as well. I think that you can never be too careful when someone is keeping your child.

If you really don't have no choice and need to go back to work, make sure that you really know the girl that will take care your little one.I know it is very hard I am a mother to but I could stay home with my kids.I also know how you fell because I babysit .for you to fell more comfortable with the sitter, make some visit in your home in different time of a day if you can.look for changes of behavior in your baby that could means that she is not happy with the sitter. Also there is those mini cameras you can put in your house and they are very affordable and easy to install.these precautions will make you a little bit more comfortable with the separation.
