What goes good with Jambalaya?

The best drink to have with Jambalaya is cold beer or iced tea.
If you want a nice white wine try something slightly sweet, like Riesling or Liebfraumauch (I know thats spelt wrong ;-) ) if you prefer red try Merlot, or even a soft rose (dont know what to suggest - not a lover of rose) If you want a bubbly, Try Cava, or a pomagne.

it needs no sides the word its self means jumbled up you put alot of stuff in it already crawfish on the side is great. I'm Cajun. we stick chicken rice shrimp sausage crawfish ether in it or on the side lots of hot sauce most improtant thing is the rue you cook it in cook all youre meats before you add rice then add chiken stock and oldbay then add the cooked rice cook it all day on slow so the stock get into the rice
