Every time you sit down to use the toilet, massage your scalp (not your hair). This will stimulate any lazy follicles to produce.

Most importantly, eat healthy, as it affects the quality of your hair.

To grow your hair you simply have to take care of it. Shampoo and Deep Condition as often as necessary to maintain a normal Ph Balance and a Protein Treatment every 6 weeks as well as get your ends clipped every 6-8 weeks. For optimum growth you want to stay away from too much heat or chemical processes as well. A vitamin won't hurt but it would be better to focus on what you put in your body overall..fruits, veggies and healthy protein sources.

For thickness you need to research and experiment with different products to see how they work for you..Nioxin has an excellent and is designed for you to wash your hair daily but it's very expensive.

There is no miracle hair growth..it's pretty much what put in is what you get out.

I know certain vitamins will make your hair grow faster, but if you have longish hair, the only way for it to thicken would be to get it in layers or cut a/b 5 inches off. I use to have thin hair and since I did that my hair has been thick ever since.

use pantene pro-v don't worry my hair is really long and thick and i use that it helps really well make sure when u pick the brand of shampoo and conditioner use stick with that one brand. if u use too many brands it won't help at all sometimes it will damage your hair. once u chose that brand u use if u decide to change brands make sure u dont change brands to many times or it will damage your hair. trust me it happened to many of my friends but they love it when i give the beauty tips and when i told them this they did it and their hair is really healthy, its thick and long

Hair growth is not something you can control. It is primarily controlled by heredity.
