A good point! God is all forgiving and if the devil is truly repentant than maybe he would be forgiven and let back into heaven. But on the other hand there is this point.

God is incharge of heaven.

The devil is incharge of hell.

Now, consider this. If the devil was repentant and was allowed back to heaven the all hell would break loss down below.
And vise versa. the would be uproar and the bibles and holy books and texts would need changing over night. Religion would be turned on it's head and the pope would be standing next to me at the dole queue on monday! now theres a thought!

I think the devil is only doing what God wants him to do.

His job is just as important as yours or mine.

So in actuality, I feel God is very pleased with the Devil's work thus far.

He shapes us up by making sure we falter and run to the Lord for guidance. . .time and time again.

in reality there is only one self(soul)divided into many through the agent of illusion to be forgiven comes from the self which is one and pervades all things .so repentance is useless ,self realisation is salvation as Christ said the kingdom of heaven is within and that creation and God (self)are one
