I can't find the section of the Community Guidelines which states that R&S is for believers only, and that atheists aren't allowed to express their opinions here. Can anyone tell me where it is?

That is really annoying.

What I mean is:

A question like this gets asked: "A question for atheists?" inviting them in.

Then a little while later another question gets ask: "Why are atheist in the R&S section?"
