In American the pronunciation of a word varies in the north, south, east, west and mid-country. And, as in other countries, pronunciations may vary along socio-economic and educational lines.

Dina is Deena, except when it's Dinah, and Linah is is the same as Dinah except with an L, and Tina can be spelled Teena, but never Tena. I hope you understand this because I sure in hell don't.

Dina, is Deena or Dinah same for Lina and Tina.
As for the Arabic its a language, the Arabic language. You cant say Arabic people!!! you can say Arabians, or Arabs.
You can also say Arabic music.

I listen to a lot of Arabic music and i just call it that, but that may just refer to the language that is used not the nationality, that would be Arabian as in the Arabian penninsula.

Dina can be said either DEE-nah or d-eye-nah, and Lina is LEE-nah and Tina is TEE-nah, Ive never seen Tina spelled like that but some people have really funky names, Like Yuneek.

1) Yes.
2) Yes. Not sure about the 'Linah' pronunciation though. That would seem to be the same as 'Lyna' which would be incorrect.
3) No!
