No- They are not - even with small bone structure/frame they are within normal limits. refer to the link below. I am assuming we are talking about you... Now if you are in poor health - do not exercise or eat nutritious food, and/or have a distorted self image your weight means nothing - you will only see what you want to see and compare yourself to the retouched photos you see in movie and fashion magazines. Do yourself a favour. Take care of your health (physically, emotionally, intellectually, spiritually) and create your own measuring stick of happiness to live up to... if you try measure up to someone else's idea of _______ (fill in the blank), you will never find joy in your life

That is a perfect weight for that height...right in the middle of the healthy range.

That is a healthy weight. Although losing a few pounds will be ok somewhere 115-120

No, that's the optimal weight.
5' = 10 lb
Add 5lb/inch for women and 6 lb/inch for men.

It would not be bad for you to lose weight, but as long as your involved with sports or excercise daily and eat right than your weight is fine.
