Get a hot, wet rag and put on your face for 15 minutes or so (make sure to keep off your hair so it doesn't get wet). Pat your face dry. This will give you a flushed look as well as make your forehead hot when your mom touches it to see if you are running a fever.

Well, if you want to fake it parents aren't dumb and will see it right away.
Now by going to school you will get sick as there are microscopic pathogens everywhere.
So my answer is go to school to get sick, then you can stay home!
