My hair was light blonde, and I'm fair complected. I sometimes tan, but not during the winter, so I was looking washed out. I recently got lowlights put in my hair and it looks sooo pretty! I got thin ones, not chuncky, I hate that. It makes my skin look darker also, and makes me stand out more. I would recommend it.

I would low light my hair. Put dark brown low lights in your hair, people love my hair and that's how I have it. I get compliments all the time.

throw in some dark blonde low lites. start ear level and work up. and make sure to use shampoo for blonde hair so it stays looking fresh.
