I think this summed up what I wanted to say perfectly:
HOW DOES LIFTING WEIGHTS AFFECT A TATTOO?
For most people, the amount of muscle gain is nowhere near as quick or as dramatic as what you would see with the stretching of skin on a pregnant person. For this reason, you don't really have to worry about your tattoo changing shape when you start lifting weights. I don't know what would happen though, if you decide you want to be the next Mr.Universe and you currently weigh 90 pounds.

Must reputable tattoo artists will not tattoo anyone under 18 because before then skin does undergo changes that can possibly distort your tattoo. Do not get it at 16, wait till 18. You'll be glad you did...

The hair will grow back normally. The funniest thing I've heard was my tattoo artist talking about his portrait of his daughter on his thigh "Well my daughter has a beard now.." Nothing to worry about though the hair will grow back.

dont get one... wait till ur older b/f you do something permanent like that. besides, you probably need parental consent to get a tat at a good place... and i dont think that i'd go to anywhere non-professional b/c they're injecting ink into ur skin!!
