I have a puggy belly and one time a girl asked if i was pregant! Is there a fast and easy weigh to loose belly fat! I tired not eating, but if i dont want to eat, i eat!! Plzz Help!!

This is only my opinion but number one women are all built different not everyone has the same bone stucter.If you think you need to do something about it and you feel passionate about it just start doing some simple exersize like walking,you would be surprised how even that helps and watch what you eat.I think its not what you eat but how much of it you eat,cut your portions that really helps.Tiny steps so its not so overwhelming.Hang in there.....

I found the book to be very informative and easy to read.

I've lost 17 pounds in 12 days, I'm just concerned that I'm losing too much weight, too quickly. I will admit I haven't followed the guide exactly. I'm not sticking perfectly to the listed foods and meal plans (but mostly) and doing very little exercise, but the weight keeps flying off.

It clearly works and if I'd followed it exactly I think it would scare the living daylights out of me because of the amount that I'd lose. So thanks again for the information. I've never purchased anything like this before because they are usually full of trash, but 3WD has been a pleasant surprise.

No such thing as "easy" and "fast" when it comes to losing weight. You do that, and you'll balloon back up and then some. People will start wondering if you're carrying twins then. You also don't want to starve yourself too. That messes up your metabolism and, again, you'll gain even more weight because your body'll be too confused and store up food as fat.

I lost 12 pounds in three weeks. All I did was cut fast food out of my diet and hit the gym every other day for two hours straight with an emphasis on cardio. Hey, no one said losing weight is going to be easy. No pain, no gain. Or....loss in this case.

Losing weight is neither fast nor easy....believe me I have being trying. You need to carefully watch what you eat and workout.

Veg diet & walk 8 km/day.daily.
