I honestly can't see how anyone could determine whether romance is in the air from this short "conversation" - obviously you haven't met as you would know how tall she is if you had.
This is not enough to give an answer either way. You need to keep talking / chatting and find out more about her but the fact that you're 6'1" is definitely in your favour. Good luck.
