No. I would also point out that there's a difference between a CVR and a flight data recorder, the latter of which is more commonly known as the "black box." (It's also worth noting that both are usually dayglo orange, to make them easier to identify in wreckage.) Even commercially-certified aircraft for charter service aren't required to carry this equipment--it's only commercial aircraft operating as a scheduled service (at least in the U.S.).

No, and depending on the type of airspace they fly in, they may not even need a radio. Most Private aircraft spend most of their time outside airspace where communications are required, so a voice recorder would only help in determining how badly the pilot swore when he realised he'd screwed up!
Voice recorders are mainly used so that crew conversations can be replayed to see what was missed by the crew - not relevant in a single pilot aircraft. Air Traffic conversations will be recorded by ATC anyway.

Have you heard of any private planes in a crash? Actually, there are not many( maybe even none!). Each country has its own rules for planes to install the 'Black Box'(or CVR). In the US, pilots with private planes, can install them, but they cost alot. In Singapore, the most important thing you must have to own a private plane is alot of money as each private plane in singapore needs a 'Black Box'.

It would help in determining the cause of an accident, yes it adds to the cost of a small plane, but having this information could be invaluable when an accident does happen.

No, they're not required on board, but if someone wants to have it they can install it, but usually private aircraft don't have this device as it's very expensive.
