Hi!
Yes. Sit on a corner, and if it does not disturb the rest of the mattress, that's a good sign ... and sit on the edge in the middle area ... and if it does not flip up at both ends, that's a good sign.
Is it cosy? OK.. Does it look right to you?
Is there something else on the showroom floor that attracts you? Where is the sales staff? Hey, you guys.... /// And does it look like something you foresaw for yourself? /// What's the matter with lying down on it for a couple of minutes. If you fall asleep, you won't miss your stop.... and no one will think the less of you.. ask the sales person if it is alright. Go ahead!
Ask!!!
And, would you like to buy a feather bed?
Ask the salesman ... you won't be sorry!
Peace & Love

I don't know if this will help or not. I have 4 sons in college so I sent their beds with them to school. I replaced all the mattresses recently. When they came home, each have told me that the mattresses I bought were the most comfortable they have ever slept on.
I bought them at Sam's club. Also bought one for myself and I have to say I am extremely satisfied. They were not as expensive as some I looked at.
Also, I tried a sleep number bed. If money isn't an object, I was happy with that also.

Strangely, WalMart carries a good foam mattress (` 6 in thick ) that is like the memory foam but under $200 for a queen.
They can be used on a box spring or on a platform frame and there are never any springs to poke you in the back. If the local walmart doesn't have it, check on line.
I also ended up getting the twins for the guest room.
Still can't believe I found them in walmart !

last year i bought a natural response mattress, a brand of king koil which i didn't even know still existed. anyway, it is the most comfortable mattress i've ever slept on. it is all foam construction, no springs, never has to be flipped. i would reccomend a mattress like this. it is so comfy!

Sit on the edge where you would normally sit to put your socks on. If you slide off - don't get it - because if you roll near the edge you'll fall out.
