does breakup generate more questions sometimes about the past ?

why is it that breakups are so desastrous and can disorient someone ...? And I sometimes see that breakups sometimes, generate more questions about the past than when u were in the relationship whether bad or not ..!! what can you say abou that ?

They knock your self esteem around and really generate self doubt. It takes a lot of meditation and self realization to not lose yourself in the process of recovering from a breakup.
