What do you call flirting? I knew a girl once who her boyfriend felt that if she smiled at a male person she was flirting.

You don't say much about what behaviour she exhibits that you call flirting. If she is all over the guy and such this is different and yeah look for someone else.

Tell her how it makes you feel, that by flirting with other guys she makes it seem like she doesn't really care for you.

Make her understand how you feel.
Tell her what you want from a relationship: commitment, loyalty, etc.
