what is sure is that the liver temperature is not the same as the body temperature,.
it seems to be much higher [40-41 celsius?] but i am looking for some scientific article in this field and anybody who can answer on this.

That would depend on the normal temperature of it's owner. The average body temperature is around 98.6 degrees and our internal temp is usually a degree above that.
