I orderd something online and when i got the box there was nothing in it....(someone stole it and taped it back up) I got my money back but how can I posibly get the jacket back....I know its gone but is there a way i can fund out who did it?

Good Lord you can't be happy that you got your money back? I believe the usual contract is that you get the product OR your money...If you get both its stealing. If you get the product without paying the money its stealing. It you pay the money and don't get the product its fraud But you do not get your money and the product......GOT IT?why not order it again from where you ordered it first?
