Well, with regard to the fossils, I don't buy that stuff to be honest.
And, about the 360, the same thing is happening to me.

People have experiences with the Lord and realize that mankind, yes the intellects especially, are lost. They know these experiences are true and want to understand more. The problem is the preachers. Many preachers do not know how to answer all these questions and answer incorrectly. So, you wind up with a people who believe in God but don't know what the heck is going on.
It is better to say the world is 6000 years old and believe in Christ, than to deny the Lord!!! What good is it to think yourself wise and wind up in hell?
Nevertheless, there is this thing, which you seemingly have not studied, called "The Gap Theory." In this theory, gen 1 says God made all things. Gen 2 says that the earth was without form and void. Why would God create everything without form and void? He wouldn't! We know that God creates things perfect but that's not the picture we get from scripture!! Therefore, something cataclysmic happened between the verses that God didn't go into great detail about...though it is in scripture, hidden away.
Adam and Eve were formed after the restoration. In other words, there was life down here long before Adam and Eve but it was all destroyed in God's wrath. Notice that the waters and earth were here, when God did the restoration!

The "evidence" only points towards evolution if you so desperately want to believe that there is no God and that you can live your life however you want that you will completely ignore the HUGE gaps in the theory. So-called missing links end up being proved as hoaxes (example: "The Piltdown man", and carbon-dating is only accurate for approximately the last 3000 years.

they think that it is all false, because they have conducted "experiments" trying to prove those results wrong
i must say however, that the study of fossils didn't get off to the best start, all of the conflict in the science world probably didn't help to create a strong foundation for proving their findings correct

most of them still have in their minds the state of biology and evolutionary theory as it was in the 1970's. It's embarrassing really.
Only the really backwards ones go for the devil theory.
oh, and the LALALA I CAN'T HEAR YOU ones are fun too.

I will deal with the intelligent part of your question - I really don't know anything about an avatar and a 360.

One of my christian friends says he thinks the devil planted them there to test our faith and i just screamed in his face cuz that is crazy talk, all people who don't believe in that r in denial and need to go to therapy or something to straighten their minds... the sad thing is that they go to church instead of therapy

They use circular arguements to explain it. they don't believe in it because it conflicts with what there religion is telling them. So yes they ignoranly brush it off and try and tell the people who believe in evolution and science that we don't know what we are talking about.
