Get better earrings your skin is reacting to the metal in yours, some people are more sensitive (I have to wear sterling silver) Dip an earring in alcohol and push it through the hole, pull it out and wipe it off, you may have to repeat this many times to clean it up.

it is caused by wearing cheap earrings and the metal comes off in the ear.. so if you wear them take them out at night before you go to bed
