Ok, so the guy i like, likes me too (his sister told me). Should i believe his sister, she's 8 by the way? I am constantly giving him hints that i like him, but he just won't ask me out. Why?? He had told me he liked his ex, but told his ex he likes me aloung with like 5 other people(to make me jealous). If i do ask him out and he says no, why would he do that? Also should i ask him out in person or should i have a friend do it for me or should i on the phone?? My one friend asked him out for me in September (he didn't like me than) and he said no. So what should i do?? Just play it cool or......?? I keep thinking he's just playing it cool, so he doesn't ruin the friendship, or to make sure he likes me first. It's so obvious he does though. Is he waiting for me to make the first move??

i think he's just shy, give it some time, andhopefully he will some along, but if you want to make the first move,then just ask him if he likes you, and if he says yeah, then ask him out, bu tto his face though, like not over the comp. or someting, to his face, so you can see how he really feels, and his expression and all

It sounds lik he is waiting for YOU to make the first move. Just say hi in the hallways and be more enthusiastic and flirtacious but in a silly way (not TOO silly like drunk) Then ask him out! Go for it! Take it from someone who knows!
