first, see a DR to find out why you're nauseous. then in the meantime, saltine crackers are good, the baking soda in them stops nausea, ginger ale is good, the ginger helps with nausea.
be sure to eat, even just plain toast, an empty stomach will almost always cause nausea, hope this helps, RN.

Licorice, peppermint, ginger all are good for the stomach. I also when I was pregnant ate a lot of saltine crackers.

I usually just eat dry, plain bread. It sounds kinda yuck, but I find that it works. Water may help, too.
If something natural doesn't work, you could try Pepto Bismol, which won't put you to sleep or Gravol, which might put you to sleep. (I know that you didn't want medicine, but I thought I should add this anyways.)

Only drink clear liquids (includes jello)...no milk or milk products...crackers maybe....try Tums maybe?
