My question is how carbon dioxide from a cell in your hands leaves your body.

Cells of hand-->CO2 diffuses into blood capillaries-->CO2 carried in bloodstream in three forms--> into veins-->heart--> pulmonary artery-->into lungs-->CO2 enters alveoli of lungs--> bronchioles-->bronchial tubes--> bronchi-->Trachea-->
larynx-->mouth & nasal passageways.

The cells in your hand are irrigated by your blood stream. CO2 diffuses out of the cell and into a capillary and is transported by athe blood stream to the lungs where it diffuses out into the alveoli. You then breath out and the CO2 goes out with your breath.

May be through some microscopic pores in your palm and some other part of your hand ( may be somewhere around fore-arm like that )
